Blue skies into spring 2017 ?

The sp’500 is a mere 0.2% from breaking a new historic high, after being stuck for the past 13 months.

An upside break (of any amount) in the near term would bode for main market upside into spring 2017.

As things are, equity bears need a July close <2040 to break rising trend, along with a few other aspects of support, to have any renewed hope of broader downside into the autumn.

Site/page updates

I continue to update all of my pages/sites, including my original home @ http://permabeardoomster.blogspot.com

I’m in the early stage of launching my own forum/message board. There are hundreds.. if not thousands of other well known boards out there, but I wanted to at least have my own.

The board will be open to anyone, and (at least initially) viewable to guests.

*UPDATE: board CLOSED*

As ever, if you have any suggestions for links, or anything else, let me know.

A new home

For four years I have primarily resided on http://permabeardoomster.blogspot.com

After almost 11000 posts, I have decided to make this my new home for the long term.

Postings… when and where?

The following posts will be available (beginning Monday, May 23rd) to subscribers @ http://subscriber.permabeardoomster.com

8.30am – Pre-market brief
10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm
4pm Closing Brief
6pm Volatility/VIX update
7pm Daily Index Cycle update
8pm Big Picture update – usually looking at the bigger weekly/monthly charts, or other miscellaneous issues.

I will post once a day, (around 7pm) @ http://permabeardoomster.blogspot.com

That post will be a ‘daily wrap’ of sorts, covering indexes, VIX, and often a few other miscellaneous things.

The weekend posting will remain viewable to all on my original blogspot page.

Site layout: I am new to wordpress, I will be adding/developing the layout in the weeks ahead.  Any ‘constructive’ suggestions are most welcome.

The last four years have been pretty bizarre, but its time I moved forward, and at least build a secure home away from the corporate giant that is Google (or rather… Alphabet).

I believe we have an interesting and exciting summer ahead, I hope to hear from many of you.. whether via my subscription page… or via blogspot.

yours….   Permabear Doomster… aka….   Philip in London city.
